Participants / Attendees

How many people can play at once?

Blitz events scale from small groups of 20–30 to audiences of 500+. We design the format to keep everyone engaged.

Do participants need special equipment?

Most participants just need a smartphone with internet access to join live trivia and interactive games. We provide everything else — buzzers, screens, and props — so attendees can simply show up and get ready to play.

Are Blitz Experience events beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. Our games are easy to play, fun for all ages, and don’t require technical knowledge. Everyone can participate.

How long does a Blitz Experience event last?

Blitz events can run anywhere from 15 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the format and your needs. We’ll customize the schedule to fit your event, whether you want a quick icebreaker or a full-day experience.

Technical & Setup

What do you bring to an event?

Blitz Experience supplies screens, sound, buzzers, and game equipment. You provide the venue and audience — we handle the rest.

Do you need Wi-Fi or special AV?

We can adapt to most spaces. Basic Wi-Fi and power access are helpful, but we’ll coordinate with your venue manager before the event to ensure a smooth setup.

How much space is required?

It depends on the format. Trivia and game shows need minimal stage space, while physical games may require an open floor. We’ll recommend the best setup based on your venue.

Pricing & Policies

How much does a Blitz Experience event cost?

Pricing depends on event size, services, and customization. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your needs.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit secures your event date, with the balance due before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days in advance receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days may result in partial or no refund.
